St. Vincent de Paul Parish organizes its own Community Pantry

Following the immediate success of the Maginhawa community pantry, several other communities have established their own food pantries to assist their neighbors in this pandemic situation.

The St. Vincent de Paul Parish together with Adamson University is one of the organizations that also inspired to established their own community pantry in order to help their community and neighborhood along San Marcelino, Ermita, Manila.
​
The community pantry on Adamson University's campus, organized by the St. Vincent de Paul Parish, opened its doors on Tuesday, April 20. The local parish coordinated with the Basic Ecclesiastical Community to collect in-kind gifts and support people in need.

Now in its 32nd day of operation, the St. Vincent de Paul Parish Community Pantry remains strong and capable of assisting struggling fellow Filipinos in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
